ACID WASH is a highly concentrated acid-based cleaner formulated for the effective removal of rust, scale, and lime build-up across a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Designed for powerful descaling and derusting performance, this solution works quickly to dissolve mineral deposits while also containing detergent components to help remove oil contamination from treated surfaces. ACID WASH is suitable for use in food processing environments as a C.I.P. acid cleaner and is non-corrosive to stainless steel when used as directed. Its concentrated formulation ensures economical use, making it a reliable solution for maintenance and deep cleaning tasks.

Usage Instructions

• Dishwashing Machines: Add 350mL for small machines or 1–2L for large machines to the wash tank and recirculate until scale is removed. Rinse thoroughly before reuse.
• Immersion Cleaning: Dilute 1 part ACID WASH with up to 11 parts water. Soak parts until rust is dissolved, then rinse with water.
• Manual Cleaning: Dilute 1 part ACID WASH with up to 6 parts water. Apply to surface, allow contact time, then rinse thoroughly.
• Hot Water Urns: Add 2L to a three-quarter filled urn of warm water, leave for 30 minutes, then drain and rinse completely.
• C.I.P. Cleaning: Use 5mL per litre of hot water and circulate for 20–30 minutes, followed by a potable water rinse.

Important Notes

• Avoid use on aluminium, zinc, diecast, soft metal alloys, concrete, cement, terrazzo, limestone, and marble.
• Always rinse surfaces thoroughly after use.
• Pre-test on sensitive surfaces before application.
