ACTICHEM Biosan II is a single-step, hospital grade disinfectant that combines cleaning power with broad-spectrum disinfection. It is listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia (AUST L 332364) and is proven effective against a wide variety of pathogenic micro-organisms, including SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19 virus). The formula uses a potentiated biocidal package with super-wetting technology, allowing it to penetrate porous surfaces and fibres for thorough sanitization. It is effective against bacteria like MRSA and E-Coli, viruses such as Poliovirus, and fungi, mould, and mildew. Biosan II is designed for decontaminating hard surfaces affected by bio-contaminants like flood water, sewage, or body fluids. Despite its strength, the formula is non-toxic, non-corrosive, has a neutral pH, and is safe for use in food preparation environments. When left to air dry at maintenance dilutions, it leaves an active residue for continued effectiveness.

Directions for Use

Always read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Pre-test on an inconspicuous location for surface sensitivity. This product will affect the stain-resistant treatment on 5th and 6th generation nylon. Do not mix with detergents or other chemicals. For hard surfaces only; not for use on skin, medical devices, or other therapeutic goods.

Recommended Dilution Ratios:

• Positive Disinfection / Mould Remediation: Add 64ml per litre of water (1:16 dilution).
• Clean Surface Disinfection / Odour Control: Add 16ml to 20ml per litre of water (1:64 to 1:50 dilution).

Application:

1. Apply the diluted solution to a workable area using a sprayer, sponge, or scrubbing machine.
2. Agitate the surface and allow a minimum of 10 minutes dwell time.
3. Rinse the surface with clean water.
4. Note: At a 1:64 dilution, the product does not need to be rinsed. If left to air dry, a residual coating will remain for longer protection.
