Karcher HDS 5/12 C Hot Water Pressure Washer, Diesel Heated - 240V Single Phase

The Karcher HDS 5/12 C is a diesel-heated hot water pressure washer that runs on single-phase 240V power, so it does not need a three-phase connection. It is the entry-level model in Karcher's compact hot water class, rated at 3.2kW, with a diesel burner that heats water up to 80°C. Output is 120 bar at 500 L/h, and the hot water makes it suited to grease, oil and heavy grime on vehicles and machinery. A single large selector switch controls the machine. Its eco!efficiency mode is designed for economical running over longer periods, and Karcher states it reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions by 20%. Diesel and detergent are carried in integrated tanks, with 15L of fuel capacity. Nozzles and tools lock away in an accessory compartment, and the hose and power cord hang on hooks built into the chassis. The jogger-style frame rolls on large wheels with a steering castor, and handles moulded into the body make it easy to manoeuvre. Supplied equipment includes an extended Easy Press trigger gun with soft grip insert, a 10m high-pressure hose, a 550mm lance and a power nozzle.
