ACTICHEM Mould Exterminator is a ready-to-use mould remediation and disinfecting agent. The formula is based on a potentiated hypochlorite solution where innovative chemistry significantly enhances the chlorine's oxidizing activity, resulting in a rapid collapse of the fungal and mould cell structure. It is combined with super-wetting technology that allows the active ingredients to penetrate deep into porous substrates to completely destroy the mould's hyphae and root system, not just the surface growth. On application, the product provides almost instant removal of mould stains, often without the need for scrubbing. It also has effective cleaning properties to remove the organic grime that often accompanies mould. It is designed for use in heavy-duty situations such as uninhabited buildings, sub-floors, external walls, roofs, and pathways. Due to its strength, it should not be used on carpets, fabrics, or other sensitive surfaces.

Directions for Use

Always read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Pre-test on an inconspicuous location for surface sensitivity. Do not use or allow contact on carpets, fabrics, or other sensitive surfaces.

Remove and clean away all wet and dry debris from the area.
Apply Mould Exterminator to the affected area by spray, mop, or cloth.
Agitate areas with heavy build-up to promote complete removal of the bio-mass.
Allow a minimum dwell time of 1 minute for disinfection or 10 minutes for mould remediation.
Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water where possible.

Note: For enhanced inhibition of new mould growth after treatment, a post-residual treatment can be applied. Masonry surfaces can be sealed to prevent future growth.
