ACTICHEM Percide is a TGA-listed, hospital grade disinfectant and mould removal agent with an advanced peroxide-based formula. It is designed to eradicate mould and decontaminate infectious environments. The formula penetrates deep into porous surfaces, reacting aggressively with mould spores and growth to eliminate them completely, rather than just hiding or encapsulating them. This reaction is visible as a fizzing action on contact with organic matter. Beyond mould, Percide provides hospital-grade biocidal activity against a broad spectrum of pathogens, including both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. This makes it a suitable choice for bio-decontamination of trauma scenes and areas affected by Category 3 water damage. The product also lifts embedded soiling, removes mould stains, and brightens the treated surface. It features super-wetting technology for deep penetration and leaves no oily or toxic residue.

Directions for Use

Always read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Pre-test on an inconspicuous location for surface sensitivity.

Mixing:

• The product is ready to use. No dilution is necessary for standard applications.
• For enhanced mould removal and biocidal action, mix 9 parts Percide with 1 part Percide Boost. This mixture should be used within 8 hours.

Application:

1. Remove and clean away all wet and dry debris from the area.
2. Apply the Percide solution to the affected surface by spray, wet fog, mop, or cloth.
3. Briefly agitate the surface where possible to promote penetration. Thorough agitation will improve mould and stain removal.
4. Allow a minimum dwell time of 1 minute for disinfection or 10 minutes for mould remediation.
5. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. The process may need to be repeated for heavy mould conditions.

Note: After cleaning, Percide can be applied as a post-residual treatment to help inhibit fresh mould growth.
