ACTICHEM T&G Cleaner Pro is a high-performance, mildly alkaline cleaning solution designed for tile and hard surfaces. It is formulated with a new nano surfactant chemistry that enhances its ability to penetrate and release stubborn soil. This technology is effective on a wide range of oily soils, grease, fats, and general grime build-ups. The cleaner is safe for use on all man-made tiles, natural stone, clay products, concrete, and grout, making it a versatile option for professional cleaners. The free-rinsing properties simplify the cleaning process and help increase productivity. Directions for Use

Always read and understand the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Pre-test on an inconspicuous location to check for surface sensitivity.

Heavy-Duty Use:

1. Mix 1 part T&G Cleaner Pro with 4 to 9 parts water. Hot water will enhance the chemical action.
2. Apply the solution to a limited area at a time with a clean mop, autoscrubber, or rotary scrubber. Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface.
3. Scrub thoroughly with a suitable nylon floor pad or brush.
4. Allow 10 to 30 minutes of dwell time. Re-agitate areas of stubborn soiling.
5. Extract the resulting slurry with professional tile extraction equipment and rinse the area thoroughly with clean water.

Maintenance Use:

1. Mix 1 part T&G Cleaner Pro with 50 to 100 parts water.
2. Follow standard cleaning techniques. A clear water rinse is not required when using at a 1:100 dilution.
3. This product is ideal for use through autoscrubbers and similar cleaning equipment for maintenance cleaning.
