ACTICHEM Tile & Grout Power is a highly concentrated, caustic-based cleaner and degreaser developed for resilient hard floors. Its formulation is designed to effectively remove heavy grease, oils, general grime, and carbon build-up. The product utilizes a combination of high-tech surfactants and specialized penetrating agents alongside a powerful alkali blend to work on a wide spectrum of soil types. This cleaning strength makes it suitable for use on ceramic tiles, grout lines, terracotta, and concrete. Common areas of application include industrial kitchens, food processing facilities, workshops, bakeries, and refuse compactor areas where heavy soiling occurs. The low-odour formula is also well-suited for use in food preparation areas. Note that this is a corrosive product and should not be used on painted surfaces, non-ferrous metals like aluminium, or polymer-coated flooring.

Directions for Use

Always read and understand the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. This product is corrosive; use appropriate protective gloves, goggles, and clothing. Always pre-test on an inconspicuous area.

Recommended Dilution Ratios:

• Deep Clean Applications: Mix 1 part solution with 10 to 20 parts water (50ml to 100ml per litre).
• Standard Cleaning Applications: Mix 1 part solution with 80 to 120 parts water (8ml to 12ml per litre).

Application:

1. Apply the diluted solution with a mop and bucket, autoscrubber, or pressure washer.
2. Agitate heavily soiled areas using a stiff brush or a slow speed rotary scrubber.
3. Allow 10 minutes of dwell time for the product to work, then re-agitate.
4. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water.
