Agar STR-36 is a super-concentrated, heavy-duty floor stripper engineered to rapidly break down and remove tough water-based floor polishes, acrylic sealers, and semi-permanent basecoats. Formulated to tackle thick edge build-ups, well-cured coatings, and aged sealers that resist standard floor strippers, STR-36 thoroughly strips floors in a single application to minimize labor costs and reduce machine scrubbing time. It features a low-foaming profile designed for efficient solution recovery with wet vacs or automatic floor scrubbers, and operates with maximum performance in cold water. Formulated without ammonia or caustic powders, STR-36 leaves no harsh chemical fumes during strip-and-seal jobs. Once rinsed, floors are left completely clear of residual sealer films and ready for immediate recoating. It is suitable for vinyl, terrazzo, marble, ceramic, and quarry tiles.

• Incompatible Surfaces: Not recommended for use on rubber floors.
